Jamie’s cooking is a joyful reflection of his roots and his travels. Having grown up in the Essex and Suffolk countryside, and shaped by years spent working in local kitchens and exploring the flavours of southern Europe, his food champions the best of what’s in season - thoughtfully sourced, sustainably grown, and bursting with character.
His philosophy is simple: the most memorable meals are those that bring people together around bold flavours and carefully chosen ingredients, shared with warmth and generosity.
This will be a slow, thoughtful evening - a chance to enjoy good food, hear the stories behind it, and connect with the people around you. It’s about more than just what’s on the plate - it’s about where it came from and how it brings us together.
